The ability to be grounded always, but wear a heavenly tiara of fame, is something extraordinary, and a special aspect of their charm. The wonderfully versatile J’Lo rightfully has the top slot on this list because she is just awesome. Her versatility makes her the top because other women are usually singers, actresses, dancers, models, and entrepreneurs, but not all of these together. Even at this fabulous height, she always remembers that she is ‘Jenny from the block’ and looks out longingly for ‘The boy next door’. She is ageless, humane in her heart, and totally an inspiration for everyone.

2. Breaking stereotypes Gina Rodriguez: Quite, unfortunately, even after centuries of American heritage, Hollywood is very orthodox in stereotypes. Speaking of Latinas, a typeset image is always fixed. She is Mexican, a good homemaker, salsa dancer, brown-skinned, curvy, speaks nothing but Spanish, and is an immigrant. Come on now! A Latina woman is all that and much much more! She carries the stories of ancestors, has their heart in anything their glamor suits, and can just play any role! Not all Latinas are Hispanic technically (Spanish speaking), neither are all of them brown-skinned. Gina Rodriguez, who starred in ‘Jane The Virgin’, very recently came out discussing all these issues openly, simply brushing away the ‘fear’ (as she explains) of being typecast. You Rock!

3. The bomb Salma Hayek: One look at her, and you will know that this is the woman you do not want to mess with! In fact, it’s the same with all Latina women, but Salma kind of personifies it in her energetic glamor. Tough is written all over her fates, but then again, like a True Latina, she makes tough looks elegant. In fact, at the very beginning of her career, even before she came to Hollywood, rumors say she had an affair with Mexico’s President! Salma was one of those actresses who challenged and played a big role in breaking the stereotype of casting women from Latin America only at either ‘homely’ or ‘explicit’ roles.

4. The Justice Lady, Victoria: She is just 21 years old, and the actress-singer of Puerto Rican origin has already done justice to her name, quite literally! No Kidding! She started working as a child star, at the age of 13, Nickelodeon has already made a special show around her, aptly named ‘Victorious’. Now, that is victory, Victoria! Although she has sung in Victorious, the girl is still new to the full-on musical scene. She has a few singles to her credit, ‘Gold’, ‘Shake’ and ‘Eye Candy’, but obviously she has all the time in the world to keep on doing justice! Very amazingly, although she’s only 21, Victoria already has a big block of text under the ‘Philanthropy’ section on the Wiki page on her. She indeed knows what is wrong and right.

Her smile is gentle, but you know she can handle a storm. In fact, Penelope is actually the most perfect example that a Latina woman needs not be curvy always! She breaks the stereotype by just being herself. Her style is so awesome that she looks equally amazing in torn denim and a royal gown! She is vivid, bright, like the girl next door who went out and conquered the world but still loves spending time with loved ones the most. Just look up her character choices.
